Laura Polak is a Registered Massage Therapist and the proud owner of The Remedy RMT. Her passion lies in guiding people towards becoming the best versions of themselves. Her journey in the helping field began as an Addiction Counsellor in a busy men's shelter, where she found immense fulfillment in facilitating group therapy and engaging with the community on a daily basis.
In 2015, Laura embraced the role of motherhood, a journey she embarked on once again in 2016. With this, her career ambitions took a backseat as she devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom, focusing entirely on her family's well-being.
Driven by a profound urge for self-discovery and spiritual growth, Laura embarked on a journey of deep healing. This inner exploration led her back to school, where she obtained her Massage Therapy Diploma with Honors and elevated her expertise by acquiring an additional certification in Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
Leveraging modalities like tarot cards, dancing, medicine circles, and self-love rituals, Laura revels in nurturing her connection with the Divine Goddess, herself, and her family.
Supported by her loving husband and two children, Laura finds pure joy and contentment in the precious everyday moments she experiences at home.
